FORGING PROCESS

Every DEAN FORGED wheel starts as a solid block of 6061-T6 aluminum. Through high-temperature forging, precision CNC machining, and multi-stage finishing, we transform raw material into a high-performance wheel built for strength and style.

Wheel Manufacturing Process
02

QUALITY CONTROL

Every wheel goes through a rigorous multi-stage quality control process. We verify every detail — from raw material inspection to final packaging — because your safety on the road is our top priority.

01

RAW MATERIAL INSPECTION

Every batch of 6061-T6 aluminum billet is verified for material composition, hardness, and structural integrity before production begins.

02

DIMENSIONAL CHECK

Precision measuring tools verify every critical dimension — bore size, offset, spoke geometry, bolt pattern — against your vehicle specifications.

03

PRESSURE TESTING

Each wheel undergoes air-pressure testing to ensure it is completely leak-proof and structurally sound before finishing.

04

BALANCE VERIFICATION

Dynamic balance testing ensures your wheels run smooth at highway speeds with no vibration or uneven wear.

05

SURFACE INSPECTION

Every wheel is visually inspected under controlled lighting for finish quality, paint consistency, and surface perfection.

06

FINAL PACKAGING

Each wheel is carefully wrapped and packaged to protect it during shipping, with protective foam and corner guards.

03

TESTED TO STANDARDS

Every DEAN FORGED wheel is strictly tested and verified according to our internal quality standards. We ensure each wheel meets the highest safety and performance requirements before it reaches your hands.

EXPERIMENTAL STANDARDS

Test Items DEAN Quality Standard
Bending load durability test 150,000 cycles per
Radial load durability test 800,000 cycles per
13° impact test height 250MM
30° impact test height 1000KG / 250MM
90° impact test height 1000KG / 150MM
90° impact test + deformation radial test 1000KG / 15MM + 500,000 cycles per
Coating performance test Corrosion resistance test

Every custom wheel design undergoes Finite Element Analysis (FEA) simulation before production. This virtual testing verifies structural integrity and performance under real-world conditions.

FEA Analysis Report

1. This FEA simulation report is validated by extensive physical tests and serves as a valid reference for product design.

2. Results apply only to the specific wheel model in this report.
